eTIMS invoicing for Kenyan businesses
Risiti lets you prepare a sales invoice on your phone, submit it through its KRA OSCU workflow, see whether KRA accepted it, and download or share the final receipt. A pending or failed document is kept visibly separate from an accepted eTIMS invoice.

Add the buyer, select saved items or services, confirm quantity and price, and choose the payment method. Tax is calculated from the tax type stored on each item.
Risiti creates the record and sends it through the configured OSCU connection. Temporary failures can enter the controlled retry workflow; validation failures stay visible for correction.
When KRA returns the required receipt metadata, Risiti can render the tax-invoice PDF and public receipt link. Use the share action for WhatsApp or the device share sheet.
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | The sale has not been submitted. | Finish and review it. |
| Pending / retrying | Acceptance has not been confirmed. | Wait or address the displayed issue; do not share it as final. |
| Submitted | KRA accepted the sale and returned the receipt data. | Check the PDF, then share it. |
| Failed | Submission needs attention or a retry. | Read the error and confirm the original was not accepted before resubmitting. |
For failure handling, use the detailed eTIMS invoice-status guide.
